- Vanilla & Raspberry – Madagascan Raspberry & vanilla sponge with vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream
- Belgian Chocolate – Belgian chocolate sponge with Belgian chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream
- Chocolate Orange - Zesty Chocolate Orange sponge with Rich Chocolate Orange Swiss meringue buttercream
- Chocolate Hazelnut - Belgian Chocolate sponge with Chocolate Hazelnut Swiss meringue buttercream
- Sicilian Lemon – zesty lemon sponge with a lemon Swiss meringue buttercream and lemon curd
- Salted Caramel – caramel sponge filled with salted caramel Swiss meringue buttercream and salted caramel
- Red Velvet – red velvet sponge with Madagascan vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream
Vegan
